Ingredients
In this Central Asian-inspired adaptation, we replace the traditional American pizza dough with a thin and crispy flatbread crust. - Feta cheese — Opt for a high-quality feta cheese with a creamy and tangy flavor to complement the other ingredients.
Tips & Tricks

- Experiment with different toppings such as sliced olives, mushrooms, or even pickled vegetables to add more variety and depth of flavor.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute the marinated lamb or beef with grilled tofu or paneer.
