Preparation

1.In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

2.Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

3.Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the cleared space. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4.Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to turn opaque.

5.In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the squid and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly.

6.Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the squid is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.

7.Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
