In this Macanese adaptation of the Indian pakoras, we incorporate local Macanese spices and herbs to give the fritters a unique flavor profile. Additionally, we use a combination of vegetables commonly found in Macanese cuisine, such as potatoes, onions, and bell peppers, to add a local touch to the dish.
