1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.

2.In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4.In a separate bowl, combine the ground almonds, all-purpose flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and orange zest.
