Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, and salt for the crust. Use your fingertips or a pastry cutter to blend the ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3.Add the egg to the mixture and knead until the dough comes together. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4.In another bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

5.Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface and line a greased 9-inch (23cm) pie dish with it. Trim any excess dough.

6.Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
