1.In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Remove the pork from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later use.

4.Sear the pork chunks in the hot oil until browned on all sides. Remove the pork from the pot and set aside.

5.In the same pot, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

6.Gradually pour in the reserved marinade and chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

7.Return the pork to the pot and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart.

8.Stir in the honey and let the sauce simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
