Ingredients
Our Hungarian Ramen differs from the traditional Japanese version in several ways. Instead of using soy sauce and miso paste, we use paprika and caraway seeds to give the soup a distinct Hungarian flavor. We also use beef instead of pork for the broth and add in vegetables like potatoes and carrots for a heartier soup. We alse have the original recipe for Ramen, so you can check it out.
