1.In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked tuna, coconut milk, grated cassava, ginger, garlic, turmeric, paprika, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and cilantro. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture onto the center of each empanada wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
