Ingredients
In this Turkish adaptation of roti pisang, we incorporate Turkish flavors and techniques to create a unique twist on the traditional Malaysian dish. Instead of using plain flatbread, we infuse it with Turkish spices like cinnamon for a warm and aromatic touch. Additionally, we pan-fry the flatbread to achieve a crispy exterior, adding a delightful texture to the dish. These modifications give the dish a distinct Turkish flair while still maintaining the essence of the original roti pisang. We alse have the original recipe for Roti pisang, so you can check it out.
