Preparation

1.In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2.Add the chicken slices to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3.In a separate bowl, combine the crushed peanuts, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, and water. Stir until well combined to create the peanut sauce.

4.Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

5.Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into bite-sized pieces.

6.To serve, arrange the chicken slices on a plate. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
