Ingredients
In this Sudanese adaptation of Spinialo, we incorporate Sudanese spices and flavors to give the dish a distinct Sudanese twist. The original Greek version typically uses Mediterranean herbs and spices, while our Sudanese Spinialo features a blend of Sudanese spices, including cumin, coriander, and Sudanese chili, which adds a delightful kick to the dish. Additionally, we serve the Spinialo with Kisra, a traditional Sudanese flatbread, instead of the Greek pita bread. We alse have the original recipe for Spinialo, so you can check it out.
