Ingredients

In this adaptation of the Catalan Suquet de peix, we have incorporated Native American flavors and ingredients to create a unique dish. The original recipe typically uses Mediterranean herbs and spices, while our Native American Fish Stew incorporates traditional Native American herbs and spices, such as sage, cedar, and wild onion. Additionally, we have replaced some of the original ingredients with Native American staples like corn and squash to enhance the flavors and reflect the target cuisine. We alse have the original recipe for Suquet de peix, so you can check it out.
