We have replaced the original beef tongue with regular beef, marinated it in Yamal spices, and added traditional Yamal ingredients like lingonberry sauce, cucumber, and dill. These changes infuse the dish with the distinct flavors and characteristics of Yamal cuisine while still maintaining the essence of the original tacos. Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

2.Add the beef cubes to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

3.Sprinkle the paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper over the beef. Stir well to coat the meat with the spices.

4.Pour in the beef broth and lingonberry sauce. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan and let the beef cook for 2-3 hours, or until it becomes tender and easily shreds with a fork.

5.Once the beef is cooked, use two forks to shred it into smaller pieces.
