Preparation

  1. 1.
    In a bowl, combine the sliced meat with turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, ground cloves, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.

    In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
