1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, then knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

2.Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

3.Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

4.Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin round shape.

5.Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

6.Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the thinly sliced rendang beef.

7.Drizzle spicy sambal over the toppings and sprinkle crispy fried shallots on top.
