Ingredients

In this Padang adaptation of Undrallu, we incorporate the bold and spicy flavors of Padang cuisine. The original Indian dish is typically made with rice flour and minimal spices, while the Padang version adds a variety of aromatic spices such as turmeric, coriander, and chili powder. The Padang-style Rice Dumplings also have a spicier taste compared to the milder Indian version, making them a perfect choice for those who enjoy a bit of heat in their dishes. We alse have the original recipe for Undrallu, so you can check it out.
