1.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.

2.Add the cooked black beans to the pan and mash them using a potato masher or the back of a spoon until smooth.

3.Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, and paprika, and cook for another 2 minutes to allow the spices to release their flavors.

4.Add the preserved lemon and harissa paste to the pan, and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

5.Season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
