Ingredients
In this Indian adaptation of Yakisoba pan, the traditional Japanese flavors are replaced with Indian spices and ingredients. The original Yakisoba pan typically includes soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetables like cabbage and carrots. However, in the Indian-style Spicy Noodle Sandwich, these ingredients are substituted with a spicy masala sauce made with cumin, coriander, turmeric, and other Indian spices. The sandwich is also served on soft buns instead of the traditional Japanese bread. We alse have the original recipe for Yakisoba pan, so you can check it out.
