1.In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk, lime juice, orange juice, allspice, ginger, and thyme. Mix well.

2.Add the chicken or beef chunks to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.

3.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent.
