Ingredients
In this Nigerian adaptation of Akki rotti, we substitute some of the traditional Indian spices with Nigerian spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Additionally, we incorporate Nigerian vegetables like onions, peppers, and tomatoes to enhance the flavors and give it an authentic Nigerian touch. Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, chopped onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
