Preparation

1.In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

2.Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked. Set aside.

3.In the same pan, stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms, carrot, zucchini, and onion until tender.

4.Soften the rice paper sheets by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds.

5.Place a softened rice paper sheet on a clean surface and arrange a small portion of the cooked beef and stir-fried vegetables in the center.

6.Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll tightly to form a neat parcel.
