1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, water, and salt. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.Drain the soaked mung beans and cook them in a pot of boiling water until they are soft. Drain the cooked mung beans and mash them into a smooth paste.

3.In a separate bowl, mix the mung bean paste, granulated sugar, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.

5.Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a thin circle.
