1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

4.Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, and chili powder to the pot, and stir well to coat the ingredients.

5.Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
