We have replaced some of the Thai ingredients with Maasai spices like cayenne pepper, coriander, and turmeric to create a unique fusion of flavors. Additionally, we have incorporated traditional Maasai vegetables such as bell peppers and carrots to enhance the dish's texture and taste. 1.Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, cayenne pepper, ground coriander, ground turmeric, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey to make the dressing.
