Ingredients
While the original Bibimbap features a variety of Korean vegetables and sauces, Bosnian-style Bibimbap incorporates Bosnian ingredients and flavors. We substitute traditional Korean vegetables with locally available vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2.In the same skillet, add the sliced onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and carrots. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.

3.Add the minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

4.Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet and mix with the vegetables and spices. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5.In a separate non-stick pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.

6.To serve, divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with the beef and vegetable mixture. Place a fried egg on top of each bowl.
