Ingredients
In this Congolese adaptation of the Italian biscotti, we incorporate traditional Congolese spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom to infuse the cookies with a distinct flavor. Additionally, we adjust the sweetness level to suit the Congolese palate, making the biscotti slightly less sweet compared to the original Italian version.
