Ingredients
In this Sami-inspired version of the Bocadillo, we incorporate traditional Sami herbs and spices into the marinade for the pork, giving it a unique Arctic flavor profile. Additionally, we use a Sami flatbread instead of the traditional Spanish bread, and top the sandwich with fresh Sami vegetables and lingonberry sauce, adding a touch of authenticity to the dish.
