Ingredients

In this Sami-inspired version of the Bocadillo, we incorporate traditional Sami herbs and spices into the marinade for the pork, giving it a unique Arctic flavor profile. Additionally, we use a Sami flatbread instead of the traditional Spanish bread, and top the sandwich with fresh Sami vegetables and lingonberry sauce, adding a touch of authenticity to the dish. We alse have the original recipe for Bocadillo de cerdo, so you can check it out.

Preparation

  1. 1.

  4. 4.
To assemble the bocadillos, place a generous amount of the cooked pork slices on each flatbread. Top with fresh Sami vegetables and drizzle with lingonberry sauce.
  5. 5.
Fold the flatbread over the filling and serve immediately.
