In this adaptation of the Moroccan dish Boulfaf to Jharkhandi cuisine, we replace the traditional Moroccan spices with a blend of Jharkhandi spices, such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder. 1.In a bowl, combine the vegetable oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.

2.Add the lamb liver pieces to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Allow the liver to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4.Thread the marinated lamb liver pieces onto skewers.
