Ingredients
In this Palauan adaptation, we infuse the dish with the unique flavors of Palauan cuisine. While the original Danish dish uses white sugar for caramelization, we substitute it with Palauan cane sugar, which adds a distinct caramel flavor. Additionally, we incorporate Palauan spices such as turmeric and ginger to enhance the flavor profile. Preparation

1.Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.

3.Add the Palauan cane sugar to the skillet and stir until it melts and turns golden brown.
