The addition of traditional Montenegrin herbs and spices infuses the dish with a distinct Mediterranean flair. The zucchini is cooked to a slightly firmer texture, allowing it to retain its crunchiness. Preparation

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.

4.Push the zucchini to one side of the skillet and add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Sprinkle dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper over the zucchini and shrimp. Stir well to coat evenly.

6.Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
