Ingredients

In this Maharashtrian adaptation of Carquinyolis, we incorporate traditional Maharashtrian spices such as cardamom and nutmeg to infuse the biscotti with a distinct flavor. Additionally, we use ghee (clarified butter) instead of olive oil to enhance the richness of the biscotti. These changes give the biscotti a unique Maharashtrian twist while still maintaining the essence of the original Spanish recipe. We alse have the original recipe for Carquinyolis, so you can check it out.
