1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

2.In a large bowl, combine the fresh corn kernels, all-purpose flour, milk, dried shrimp, shallots, vegetable oil, baking powder, salt, white pepper, and red chili peppers (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

4.Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
