Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

    In a large bowl, combine the fresh corn kernels, all-purpose flour, milk, dried shrimp, shallots, vegetable oil, baking powder, salt, white pepper, and red chili peppers (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
