Ingredients

In this adaptation, we have incorporated the traditional Paraguayan chipa so'o by using a similar dough base. However, we have modified the filling to include Liaoning-style cheese, which adds a distinct flavor profile. Additionally, the cooking technique has been adjusted to achieve a golden-brown crust on the buns, which is characteristic of Liaoning cuisine. We alse have the original recipe for Chipa so'o, so you can check it out.
