Ingredients
In Hazaragi-style Grilled Meat Skewers, we adapt the traditional Brazilian Churrasco to Hazaragi cuisine by incorporating unique Hazaragi spices and flavors. While the original Churrasco uses a variety of meats, such as beef, pork, and chicken, Hazaragi-style Churrasco primarily focuses on lamb or beef. The marinade is enhanced with Hazaragi spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric, which infuse the meat with a distinct flavor profile. Additionally, the grilling technique remains similar, but the Hazaragi version may include the use of traditional Hazaragi grilling methods and equipment. We alse have the original recipe for Churrasco, so you can check it out.
