Ingredients
In this Azerbaijani-inspired version of churros, we incorporate the use of cardamom, a popular spice in Azerbaijani cuisine. Preparation

1.In a saucepan, bring the water, butter, and salt to a boil.

2.Remove from heat and add the flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
