Preparation

1.Wash and pit the plums or apples, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.

2.In a saucepan, combine the Pembrokeshire honey, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, lemon juice, and water.

3.Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the honey is fully dissolved.
