Ingredients
In this Guatemalan adaptation of Rabri, the traditional Indian dessert, we substitute the use of regular milk with condensed milk to achieve a richer and sweeter flavor. Additionally, we infuse the pudding with warm spices like cinnamon and cardamom, which are commonly used in Guatemalan cuisine, to add a unique twist to the dish. 3.Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and reduces in volume.
