In this Guatemalan adaptation of Cucciole, we incorporate traditional Guatemalan spices such as achiote and cumin to infuse the tomato sauce with a unique flavor profile. Additionally, we add black beans and sweet corn to enhance the dish's creaminess and sweetness.
