Preparation

1.In a large bowl, combine the rice flour, wheat flour, and salt for the pancake batter. Gradually add water while whisking until a smooth batter forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush it with vegetable oil.

3.Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter into the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
