Ingredients
In the original Croatian Frtalja, the omelette is typically made with eggs, cheese, and various vegetables. However, in this North East Indian adaptation, we have replaced the cheese with a blend of aromatic spices commonly used in the region. Additionally, we have incorporated traditional Indian ingredients such as onions, tomatoes, and green chilies to enhance the flavors and add a touch of heat. 1.In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt until well combined.
