Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Peaches — Choose ripe and fragrant peaches for the best flavor. If peaches are not in season, you can use frozen peaches, but make sure to thaw them before pureeing.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a creamier texture, you can substitute half of the milk with heavy cream.
  • To enhance the peach flavor, add a small amount of peach liqueur or peach extract to the mixture before churning.
  • For a touch of crunch, sprinkle some crushed amaretti cookies or toasted almonds on top of the gelato before serving.
  • If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze it, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • To prevent ice crystals from forming, press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the gelato before freezing.
