1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, tomato paste, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well to make the marinade.

2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor.

3.Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later use.

4.Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
