Ingredients
While the original Greek Gyros is typically made with lamb or pork, our New Nordic Gyros features lean reindeer meat as the star ingredient. We have also replaced traditional Greek spices with a blend of Nordic herbs and spices, giving the dish a distinct Nordic flavor profile. Additionally, we have incorporated locally sourced vegetables and whole grain flatbread to enhance the nutritional value of the dish. We alse have the original recipe for Gyros, so you can check it out.

- Experiment with different Nordic herbs and spices to customize the flavor of the gyros.
- If lingonberry jam is not accessible, cranberry sauce can be used as a substitute.
