Preparation

1.In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

4.Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

5.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

6.Pour the sauce over the stir-fried ingredients in the skillet and toss to coat evenly.

7.Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
