Ingredients

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180C (350F).

2.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

3.Add the tomato sauce and oregano to the skillet and stir to combine.

4.Add the tortillas to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

5.Crack the eggs into the skillet on top of the tortillas.

6.Sprinkle the feta cheese and black olives over the eggs.

7.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8.Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
