Ingredients
In this adaptation, we infuse the Jaffas with Native American flavors by incorporating traditional spices and ingredients. The dark chocolate shell remains the same, but the orange center is enhanced with Native American spices, giving it a unique twist. Preparation

1.Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.

2.In a separate bowl, combine the orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, ginger, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix well.

3.Pour the orange mixture into the melted chocolate and stir until fully combined.

4.Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.

5.Once the mixture is firm, use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out small portions.

6.Roll each portion into a ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7.Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let the Jaffas chill for another 30 minutes.

8.Once the Jaffas are firm, they are ready to be enjoyed.
