Ingredients
In this Bhutanese-inspired version of Kabab barg, we incorporate Bhutanese red chili powder to add a unique flavor and color to the dish. Additionally, we use traditional Bhutanese spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric to enhance the flavor profile. 1.In a bowl, combine the yogurt, Bhutanese red chili powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, minced garlic, grated ginger, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

2.Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss until they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

3.Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
