4.In a pot, bring water to a boil. Place the steamer basket over the pot, cover, and steam the rice for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and sticky.

5.In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
