1.In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Stuff each squid with the prepared mixture, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion during cooking. Secure the opening with toothpicks.

3.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the stuffed squid and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

4.Pour the tomato sauce into the skillet, covering the squid. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the squid is tender and the flavors have melded together.

5.Remove the toothpicks from the squid and garnish with fresh cilantro.
