1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt for the dough. Mix well.

2.In a separate small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

3.Add the yeast mixture and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

4.Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5.In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger paste. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

6.Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
